I've emailed Jaiku and posted here asking why my mobile activation isnt going through and why I can't manually activate. No response at all.

Yeah, thankfully I managed to recover my data and have a nice computer lab to live in.

Also, instead of tinyurls, you could always have a simple php redirection script (i.e. pass a number to it that refers to the index of a text file/db containing the corresponding url). It gives you more control over the link, and lets you collect stats if you so desire.

How do I manually activate my cell phone? The normal sending of the activation code doesn't work for whatever reason (Verizon Wireless).
